We are seeking a dedicated and experienced AV Support Team Lead to manage a team of Analysts and Specialists, providing exceptional AV support for internal users and guests. You will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality technology experience while ensuring the efficiency and reliability of AV systems and services. Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for AV technology, services, and operations.
- Coordinate AV requirements for meetings across multiple offices and external events.
- Manage and maintain AV equipment, ensuring the highest industry standards and adherence to SLAs.
- Assess and recommend equipment, services, or configurations to meet evolving AV needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with AV vendors; schedule and oversee maintenance.
- Set up and troubleshoot AV-enabled meetings and collaborate with third-party vendors.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation of AV systems.
- Recommend process and system improvements for AV operations.
- Provide training and support for AV technology users.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; experience in large environments (300+ users).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 15%, including to remote locations with little notice.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and non-traditional business hours.
- Strong audiovisual support and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and develop relationships under time-sensitive conditions.
- General understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and operations
Additional Details
The base range for this is 90k - 110k salary, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
